ROSTER

Clinton Solomon

Solomon finished fourth in the IFL in receiving yards with 1,008 and fourth in the league in receiving TD's with 22 in the 2009 regular season.  Both numbers represent franchise single season records.  Solomon was named to the All-IFL First Team following the regular season.  Solomon added 15 receptions and four TD's in the Wild's playoff run to the United Conference Championship game.

Solomon spent the entire 2008 season on the practice squad of the Chicago Rush of the Arena Football League.  The Ft. Worth, TX native spent the spring and summer of 2007 with the Tennessee Titans before being released as training camp began.  Solomon then signed with the Chicago Bears and was let go prior to the season beginning.  Solomon signed as an undrafted free agent with the St. Louis Rams in 2006 and was released in the final cut down before the season.

Solomon played at the University of Iowa during the 2002, 2004, and 2005 seasons.  He finished his career ranked 4th in Iowa history in touchdown receptions and 7th in career receiving yards.  Following his junior season in 2004, Solomon was named to the All-Big 10 Second Team after catching 58 passes for 905 yards and 6 TD's.
