Russell will be playing his second season of professional football in 2010.  Russell finished 10^th on the team in tackles in 2009 with 14.5.  The Ft. Worth, TX native also finished 4^th on the team in tackles for loss with 4.5 and third on the team in sacks with two.  Russell played defensive tackle at Mid-America Nazarene in Olathe, KS from 1999-2002.  As a senior he was named an NAIA All-American.
